JAMES ESTRADA
James has a PhD from the University of Florida and is currently a professor of Agronomy. He has been writing about American craft spirits (Bourbon Sippers) for the past decade, has been the co-host of the Whiskey Uncut Podcast since 2019, and started the Gainesville Whiskey Club in Gainesville, FL. James works with our distillery partners to identify exceptional barrels for Two Souls Spirits. In his spare time, James thinks about whiskey.

CHAD CIVETTI
Chad has an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology and is currently a pilot for a major commercial airline. Chad handles all financial and operational activities for Two Souls Spirits. Chad has been an avid craft whiskey fan since 2015 and enthusiastically blames his ever-expanding personal collection on James.
