Sometimes you run into something so unique that you just have to bring it to the masses. This was the case with our newest release Pro Bear Rasslin’ - a collaboration with the highly acclaimed Manifest Distilling in Jacksonville, FL.
A proverbial circus of flavor, this 4-grain bourbon was aged for 5 years before spending a few months in our J. Henry and Sons Road’s End barrel.
Tasting Notes: Stewed pears, chocolate, kettle corn, and a sweet maltiness (caramel and vanilla) that ushers in a dark cherry and toasted oak finish
