Proud to be putting Minnesota craft spirits on the map, J. Carver Distiller has been producing award winning bourbons, ryes, and wheat whiskey since its inception in 2012. This American Single Malt is not only a classic J. Carver distillate, but also one of the most novel barrels we have released to date. Aged for 5 years in new oak before spending an additional year in one of our best used bourbon barrels, this whiskey is sweet, smoky, and decadent while still displaying an impeccable balance from start to finish.
